The ENGILA Program strongly encourages use of syllabuses in classes. Syllabus is given to each student during the first class session to explain the content and objectives of a course. A syllabus should contain the following information about the course: contact information of the instructor; outline of the subjects to be covered in the course by week; test dates and the due dates for assignments; grading policy; a list of required readings and a separate list of suggested readings for the course.
